Passport: A valid passport is required for U.S. citizens to travel to the Bahamas. Your passport should have an
expiration date of 6 months or more from the date of travel. No visas are required for U.S. citizens to
travel to the Bahamas. If you are a citizen of another country, please consult your local passport office.
Generally, a passport is required for all visitors to the Bahamas.
Dress Code: Conference Presentations: the dress code for the conference is ‘business casual’ during the
presentations. Golf at Lyford Cay: the dress code for the private golf outing is long pants and a
collared shirt. No shorts are allowed.
Costs: $495 includes all Conference materials, reception, breakfasts and lunches during the Conference.
