Hurricane Update – Well, not exactly a hurricane - ‘Paloma’ has been downgraded all the way to a ‘Low-Potential Disturbance’ – somewhere just north of Cuba. Paloma spent all of its energy on Cuba – and is not expected to regain strength. See the map at this link:
